FFL [Federal Firearms License] – What you need to know

Some of you may be wondering what an “FFL” is exactly. Well, here you will learn what it is, and what it means for our company.

FFL stands for “Federal Firearms License”, and it can only be issued by the ATF Agency. The ATF stands for “Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms”. A lot of letters right? The FFL acquired by our company is the Class 07 license. This particular license can be used to buy, sale and manufacture firearms under our company’s name. Buy and sale are pretty self-explanatory, but the manufacture part may be the one that most of you will ask questions about.

What does the word “manufacture” have to do with the Run Your Gun Tactical? We are now able to manufacture firearms to be sold to the public! Basically, we can take many parts of a gun and build it to be a whole gun. Currently, we are able to manufacture the AR-15 platform with plans to expand the catalog by this time next year in 2021.

2020 has been challenging to say the least, but we have endured and are continuing to set ourselves up for success. We are working extremely hard to put pieces into place to be able to supply the demand.

We want to extend a warm thank you to all of our past and future clients and customers. This company cannot exist without you, so we thank you for your support in whatever capacity you give it! Be on the lookout for the next post.
