Instructor Certified CCW Permit ClassThe Basic – MS Enhanced Carry Course “Instructor Certified” is a featured course offered by our company. While in this course you will learn a wealth of knowledge of the handgun (Semi-Automatic and Revolver) along with learning knowledge of the laws that supports the privilege of Conceal Carrying. You will also participate in a live firing portion where you will qualify with your handgun or a rental handgun supplied by RYG Tactical. We look forward to working with you.

Learn before you shootIntro to Handgun is structured for the beginner or novice shooter to develop and refine firearm proficiency. Within this course we cover the fundamentals of shooting along with live action firing.

Defensive Pistol I
Learn before you shootDefensive Pistol I is a specialty course offered by our company. Any student interested in attending the course will need to show proof of a Concealed Carry Permit (Enhanced Permit for MS students) and/or a certificate of completion. The course offers perspective of how to properly carry and handle your firearm from your concealed position. We work on the following:
- Permit Course Refresher
- Draw from Holster (IWB and OWB)
- One Shot / Two Shot Draw
- Shooting on the Move
- Situational Awareness
- Shoot / No Shoot Scenario

Church Security Development, Planning, and Training
Did you know the state of MS enacted a law that allows your local assembly to create a security team? In 2016 the Church Protection Act; security program was added into the laws. In order to create an effective security team there must be a series of requirements met to be in compliance with the law. Read more about it here.
Our goal at Run Your Gun Tactical® is to assist with the development of a security team, identifying a security team lead, and aiding the team in developing various emergency plans to utilize in any given scenario.
The team will be expected to participate in 2 days of classroom and firing range sessions to qualify with an NRA and NAAGA Certified Instructor due to the seriousness of the position.
